In the event of deterioration of the item, loss of the original label, out of its original packaging, our customer service may refuse the return, replacement or refund because the item cannot be considered new. 

  

Refund

If the item has been poorly used, it will not be refundable.  After receipt of the item, we will reimburse you the total amount of your purchase (cost of the item) in the form of a voucher within 14 days.
