Refund policy
We apply a 14 -day return policy, which means that you have 30 days after receiving your article to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your article must be in the same state as that in which you have received it, not carried or not used, with the labels and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you the instructions on how and the place of sending your package. The articles returned without prior return request will not be accepted. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address:

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong article, so that we can assess the problem and remedy it.
Exceptions or articles not returning
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as tailor -made products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care products (such as beauty products). Do not hesitate to contact us for any questions or concerns about a specific article.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of promotional items or gift cards.
Trade
The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return has been accepted, to make a separate purchase for a new item.
14 -day reflection period in the European Union
You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason whatsoever and without justification. As above, your article must be in the same state as that in which you received it, not carried or not used, with labels, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Reimbursements
We will inform you as soon as we have received and inspected your return, and we will let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If the refund is approved, you will be automatically reimbursed on your original payment method within 10 working days. Remember that the treatment and display of reimbursement by your bank or your credit card company can take some time.
