Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment via Mondial Relay with a follow -up number.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as shipping costs.
Transport costs vary according to the total weight of the package.
We recommend that you group all your items in a single order.
We cannot group two orders placed separately (except requests granted).
Therefore, shipping costs apply to each of them.
Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile objects.
The dimensions of the boxes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.
Shipping in Belgium
The delivery time is estimated at 1-14 working days after receipt of payment.
The delivery cost varies depending on the delivery method chosen.
The customer has the choice between the following delivery methods:
- In a world relay: € 4
- in a bpost point: 5 €
- At home via Bpost: € 6
- Removal of the package at Louline Kids: free
Attention : When the customer opts for withdrawal at the registered office of Louline Kids, The package is to be collected at the following address: rue Tilleul del Motte 18 - 4537 Verlaine. The Customer will provide availability and will set with our team the methods of withdrawal.

The delivery time is estimated at 5-20 working days after receipt of payment.
Delivery will be done via a Relay global point of your choice: € 6
Additional information concerning deliveries
When choosing the delivery method, the customer must ensure that all of his information is correct and complete (email address, address, door number, telephone number, etc.).
Attention : The packages to be removed in a relay point remain available for 7 days. The packages that will not be claimed will return to us automatically.
